Yes, while certain images on our website are 3D renderings, they are created using our engineering files to give a realistic look of our products.

How do I place an order on your website?
Order online by going to our Shop and select Create and Account in the top right menu. Sign up with your existing customer number or select New Account to sign up to be a customer.

How can I search for a specific product on your website?
Select the search icon in the top bar to search for products by name or product number.

What countries do you ship to?
Online ordering is for US customers only and ship to US only. If you are outside of the USA, contact us to find a distributor in your country and for more information.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments online or the option to Pay by Invoice, which will be invoiced based on the terms of your customer contract.

Is it safe to enter my credit card information on your website?
Yes, our website uses a secure payment system and we do not store your payment information.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return/exchange policy covers the following:
• Eligible Products: Most items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
• Process: Contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange.
• Shipping: We provide prepaid shipping labels for returns within the US. For international returns, please contact us.

How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location:
• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days.Processing time is typically 1-2 business days. Please refer to our Shipping Information page for more details.

How long does order processing take?
Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. During peak times, processing may take a little longer. We will notify you if there are any delays.

How do I cancel or modify my order?
To cancel or modify your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipment confirmation email. For online order you can check My Orders under your profile. Once a tracking number has been created the order status will change to Shipped, and a link will appear to Track Your Order.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference.
