Payments

- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with Your prior express consent and You have acknowledged Your loss of cancellation right.

Payments
All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).
Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.
Subscriptions
Subscription period
The Website or some parts of the Website are available only with a paid Subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as daily, weekly, monthly or annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.
At the end of each period, Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless You cancel it or the Company cancels it.
Subscription cancellations
You may cancel Your Subscription renewal either through Your Account settings page or by contacting the Company. The Company may cancel your Subscription at any time upon notice to you.
You will not receive a refund for the fees You already paid for Your current Subscription period and You will be able to access the Website until the end of Your current Subscription period.
Billing
You shall provide the Company with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, the Company will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
Fee Changes
The Company, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Subscription period.
The Company will provide You with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give You an opportunity to terminate Your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Website after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes Your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Refunds
Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by the Company on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of the Company.
Promotions
Any Promotions made available through the Website may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms.
If You participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.

Please supply us with the following information:
1.Your account number or billing name and address.
2.Yourshipping address and any “attention to” instructions.
3.Your purchase order number.
4.The item order number(s) or catalog number, description, and number of boxes you wish to order.
5.Any special instructions. Our Customer Service Representatives are ready to take your order from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Eastern Time).
6.If product is needed to be shipped early AM, overnight or 2nd day, please provide a contact name and telephone number for the delivery driver.
Minimum Order Quantity:
Products are sold by box quantity. Most commonly 10 or 25 units per box. There are minimum order requirements.
Custom Orders:
Depending upon the type of custom product ordered, there will be minimums for both individual shipments and total quantity ordered. Noncancellable customer purchase orders for the quantity ordered are required for all custom whether covered under a blanket order or a standing order. The customer agrees to accept the entire custom inventory when available to ship.
Prices and Availability:
All prices are shown in US dollars. Epimed International is not responsible for any inadvertent errors in this price list and we reserve the right to correct printing or clerical errors. We will confirm our current list prices with you when you place your orders. If you require this information before placing your order, please contact Customer Service. All Epimed International prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping
Freight Policy-Regular Shipments:
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Origin. Epimed International distribution center via “best way” as determined by Epimed International. Products will ship in box quantities.
Freight Policy – Rush/Overnight Shipments:
Special shipping requests, such as overnight deliveries via U.P.S. or Federal Express, will be billed at price schedule.
Goods Damaged in Shipment:
All goods should be inspected immediately upon receipt. Retain all packing and shipping papers. Goods damaged in shipment are the responsibility ofthe delivering carrier who should be contacted immediately if damage occurs.
Freight Claims:
Freight claims for damage or short shipments must be filed against the carrier by the customer. If no remarks are made about the condition of the shipment, Epimed International will assume no liability. Shipments are tendered to the carrier in accordance with the stipulations on the Uniform Bill of Lading.
Returns
Returned Goods Policy:
No returns are accepted without a Returned Goods Authorization Number (RGA#), which must be obtained by calling 1-800-866-3342 and asking for a Return or RGA.
The request for an RGA# must include the following:
1. Customer name, address, phone number and key contact person.
2. Catalog number(s), quantity and lot number(s).
3. Purchase order number and/or invoice number and date.
4. Reason for return.
5. Customer Service will indicate where the returned goods should be sent and issue an RGA# confirmation which should be included with the return.
6.The RGA# must be clearly displayed on the package.
There will be a 25% charge of invoice price for restocking inventory that isin saleable condition, unless the return is due to an error made by Epimed. If the goods are returned within 5 days of the invoice date the fee will be reduced to 10%. Saleable condition will be determined exclusively by Epimed International.
Products which have label or box damage may be assessed an additional repackaging fee. A fee of 10% of the value of said items shall be applied. Minimum repackaging fee shall be $75.
RGA AUTHORIZATION WILL BE CANCELED IF AUTHORIZED PRODUCT IS NOT RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RGA#’S ISSUANCE.
Unacceptable Returns:
1. Made to order or custom products are not returnable.
2. Merchandise held over 30 days past invoice date by customer.
3. Merchandise in an unusable condition, as determined by Epimed, or within 6 months of their expiration date from receipt.
4. Items not listed in current price list.
5. Merchandise not in original packaging.
6.Overstock merchandise or goods whose original packaging has been opened.
7.Merchandise returned without a return goods authorization (RGA#).
Warranty
Limited Product Warranty:
Unless a product is covered by a separate warranty in the current price list or any supplemental, or separate warranty is otherwise enclosed with the product, the following Limited Warranty will apply:
This product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) from the date of purchase or on the expiration date, whichever comes first. If this product proves to be so defective, purchaser may return same to Epimed International for repair or replacement, at Epimed International’s option. Epimed International’s liability under this limited warranty does not extend to any abuse or misuse of this product.
This Limited Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied (including any warranty or merchantability, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose).
Since storage and use factors beyond the control of Epimed International may directly affect a product and the results obtained from it, the remedy stated in this limited warranty will be the sole remedy available to purchaser for defects in the product, whether in contract tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
Epimed International will not be liable to purchaser for any incidental or consequential damages arising as a result of purchaser’s use or inability to use the product.
Traceability & Limitations
Product Traceability/Storage
Due to federal regulations, all orders shipped to customers must be traceable by the lot number. Products may have temperature storage requirements as indicated on the packaging.
Limitations
Epimed International will not be liable for its failure to perform or its delay in performance of any order due to labor dispute, fire, explosion, floods, riots, lockout, injunction, interruption of transportation, acts of government or public enemy, inability to obtain supplies at reasonable prices, or other causes beyond its control.
All products and product specifications outlined in the current price list or any supplement are based upon information available to Epimed International at the time of publication. Epimed International reservesthe right to discontinue any of their current products or to change any such specifications without prior notice.
None of the terms outlined in the current price list or any supplement may be modified except upon Epimed International’s express written consent stating that it is an amendment or modification thereto.
